Looks cool. I'd maybe like to see a bit texturing on the green fields and on the surface of the water areas. For the water maybe a few lighter blue/white lines along the shorelines to create the illusion of waves.

Is this map done with a 3D software or did you make the shadows with Photoshop? Did you create a set of buildings that you mixed and matched them?
